Registration for lodging and meals is due October 1. After that date, you can still register to attend the conference (until October 10), but on-site accommodations may no longer be available. A single Housing/Meals fee covers both accommodations and meals for the duration of the conference. A separate (and smaller) Conference Registration fee covers attendance at the scientific sessions for faculty members.
There are two steps to register for the conference for faculty, but only one step for students and postdocs!
Please note that conference registration does not reserve lodging or arrange for meals. To reserve a room and register for meals, follow the instructions below.
To register for meals and housing complete the housing registration form and send the completed form and payment to Kristina Hale (khale@dnr.in.gov) or Samara Sheetz (ssheetz@dnr.in.gov) at Turkey Run Inn by October 1, 2024.
All housing registration must be made directly with Turkey Run Inn.
Housing Registration Options:
Approximately 7 travel awards are available to pay for the housing of undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs who submit abstracts before
September 18th, 2024
. Preference will be given to undergraduates, followed by graduate students with the greatest perceived need, and applicants will be contacted on or before September 20th to let them know about their status to allow for alternative housing arrangements to be made.
